Our first Christmas event at The Ritz-Carlton was an unforgettable celebration, bringing together wildfire-affected families from Lahaina for a night filled with joy and community spirit. Just a few months after the devastating fires, thanks to the generosity of our donors, we were able to provide much-needed relief and create a sense of normalcy during the holiday season. Families were able to reconnect, share stories, and experience the warmth of the Lahaina community. The event featured heartfelt gifts, delicious meals, and moments of togetherness that allowed families to heal and feel supported.

Join Us to Celebrate + Fund Programs That Transform Lives For Wildfire Survivors on Maui
At Holidays for Lahaina, our first initiative on Thanksgiving was a resounding success. We distributed 300+ Thanksgiving Meal Kits, ensuring that our community members had the essentials for a hearty meal. Additionally, we had the privilege of sponsoring 204 ohanas to enjoy a restaurant dinner, as many did not have kitchens.
To make this holiday season even brighter, we invited wildfire-affected families to submit their Christmas wishlists and attend a night of togetherness at the Ritz Carlton. We worked tirelessly to curate and provide thoughtful gifts for every attendee, ensuring that each child and family member experienced the magic of Christmas. We hand-wrapped over 850 gifts!

Holidays for Lahaina is proud to partner with Homes for Lahaina, a local nonprofit dedicated to assisting wildfire victims with the rebuilding process.
Homes for Lahaina provides critical support by donating construction supplies and coordinating at-cost finishes for those who were uninsured or severely underinsured. Using our list of wildfire-affected families, we work together to identify those who need the most help and ensure they receive the necessary resources to rebuild their homes. This collaboration is a vital part of fostering community and hope as Lahaina families recover and rebuild their lives.
